I Think It Is Okay
Not sure if I can absorb B2, however I was glad to be able to get this.

Nice change for the body
Truthfully, I don't know what's it's doing. I just feel better. It seems to even help with emptying my kidneys. Less chance of accidents. And you know it's going threw the body and working. By the color change in the urine. (Orange) Not like others, that don't break down. And you don't see a difference. But being a diabetic for 21 years. My A1C was 6. I will continue taking this. Easy to take. I take in the morning. Since it gives a little energy to the body.

片頭痛予防
片頭痛が酷くほとんどの時間寝込んで過ごしていました。 病院で専用の薬を頂きましたが副作用が強くできる限り薬を使わず片頭痛の頻度を減らしたく、色々調べてこちらのB2を朝・昼・晩1カプセルずつ飲んでいます。私には効果がとてもあり、薬に頼るほど酷い頭痛は月1～2回程度に減り、寝込むこともなくなりました。 マグネシウムも良いと聞いて最初は飲んでいたのですが今はB2だけでかなり抑えられているのでとても助かっています。
