Fits Perfectly and No More Scratched Floors!
I purchased this item on my own with no compensation for this review. Please click on Helpful at the bottom of this review if what I wrote is useful to you. My old attachment lost a wheel and was scraping along the floors. This solved that issue. There are two settings -- one for floors and one for rugs. I don't always use the right setting for the floor it's designed for, which is fine. Find the setting that feels right as you vacuum and you'll be fine.

I always appreciate when a relatively expensive electronic appliance (air conditioner, vacuum cleaner, etc.) has parts that can be replaced easily and inexpensively. I got this to replace the head attachment for my Eureka AirExcel 990A, which broke after 4 good years of use. This thing replaced it perfectly. Now I don't have to replace the whole vacuum cleaner.
