Perfect replacement.
Going on 6 months and still working silently and cooling well

Dead on arrival.
Fan installs easily, however the one I received was dead on arrival. After installing, doing a SMC reset, and diagnostic on 2015 Macbook Pro, system indicated that there was an issue with a fan which was further supported by the fan not turning on when system was in use and resulted laptop becoming overheated. Unfortunately, I did not know the fan I was sent was bad until after the return window was closed. Cannot recommend this product.
