It’s so relaxing and I feel 10 times better after using it, you have to get used to it though which can take just a few times. I usually spend 15 minutes on it.

I can see how this works, pretty well, but after using it a few times I read the warnings saying not to use if you are on blood thinners, which I am. My Dr. said it's ok to use, very carefully, and watch out for bruising or bleeding. I wish I had known about the warning BEFORE I bought it! Still trying to decide to keep it or not! It is definitely very nice and well made!

While I haven’t had a ‘huge’ improvement in my aches and pains, there certainly hadn’t been a deterioration, that’s for sure! While feeling quite spiky to touch, it’s actually much more comfortable while lying on it. I like that the pillow part is detached and you can position that if you need/want to move the back portion down lower.

Mat and case I received were absolutely covered in white per hair, clearly a used and returned item. Pretty unhappy about this, pretty unsanitary so I docked two stars.However, I wanted to try it out before just returning for a new one and then deciding I didn't like it, so I cleaned it thoroughly per instructions.After dry I tried it out, and functionally it's wonderful. It does help with anxiety and I have slept quite well the last few nights

I have never used an Acupressure mat before, but was curious to try. The one I ordered from Dr. Relief is a reasonable price for a well-made product. It even comes with a cloth bag to carry the mat and pillow in.I have actually used the pillow on the soles of my feet while I am sitting at the computer for work and it feels great. I am using the mat for a few minutes at night before I go to sleep with relaxing music, and I've found it easy to tolerate, even as a beginner! I would recommend this product to people wanting to try this fprm of Acupressure without a huge investment.
