I have mobility issues having had part of a leg amputated and having ongoing long term health issues. I had hoped the wheelchair would solve many problems for me, and for my wife and carers however, it is not stable and I have been tipped backward on it which is terrifying and, as can be imagined, very difficult for my wife on her own to get me upright again. I have been trying to return it but firstly the seller will not cover the cost of returning it, as well as being given a an address in China to send it to, but then getting a UK Harlow address. We just want it gone from our home, it is such an enormous obstruction for both of us to traverse around our home. Beware when buying such essential items through amazon.co.uk.
