Like every good Louisiana hot sauce, it starts with a fermented cayenne pepper base. Sea salt, celery and garlic add a punch of flavor and habaneros kick up the heat for a knockout sauce you’ll reach for again and again.

Dustin made a solid hot sauce.
Delicious all purpose hot sauce. Pretty mild (on par with heat similar to Frank's or Crystal), thin (viscosity slightly heavier than traditional tabasco) with a touch of tomato and pepper fruitiness, and perfectly balanced to go with meatloaf, mac and cheese, and even tacos. For this price I would expect cleaner ingredients (maybe organic with no seed or nut oils), but I loved it on everything. I'm a big fan of the UFC and Dustin Porier and wanted to show some love and support. I will buy it again of it goes on sale.

I like peanut butter sandwiches...
I was making peanut butter sandwich which is kind of dry and boring. But I do it all the time.Noticed the bottle of POIRIERS nearby and had a fantastic idea. If I do say so myself!So I sprinkled about a dozen drops on the peanut butter. Smeared it around with the knife. Took a big bite. Then another."OMG" I exclaimed!It was just wonderful. Not too hot and the sauce made the peanut butter tast simply fantastic. Rilly. What a great flavor!I'm so glad I thought this up. Probably the first time in human history. It is a great invention. And it came from me, myself, personally. But anybody else can do it if they wish. I'm not asking for any credit.Just go for it and enjoy your daring nature.

Amazing Louisiana Hot Sauce but I bit pricey
First off the hot sauce is fantastic and has a very thick consistency in comparison to other Louisiana sauces which makes it stick to the food. It is a smokey heat that is not very hot but great tasting. So if you like Louisiana hot sauces and want it a bit smokey then pick this up. It goes great on breakfast sandwiches, pizza, mac and cheese and chicken. Although the price for the amount you get is a bit high but I think I would pay for it again.

Diamond in the rough
Super good! Not too hot but full of flavor. The only problem I run into is I go through it too fast cuz I put it on so much stuff. Skeptical at first cuz thought it was just a product marketed off of Poirier’s success but the quality would be basic but nope, if there’s a such thing as top shelf hot sauce, this is it

We Love Dustin will support him 100%, but this price is disturbing.
This company who produces and bottles the sauce is charging way way way too much in price.id rather just donate money to Dustin, then see this company stealing from him.straight up.sauce is good, its not bad.. i just feel they're predatory in the sense of how much they're charging for it.id even go further to say they prolly made a lot of money off Dustin's name and prolly didn't pay him not even 2% of the profits.

Support Dustin Poirer's Bass Boat fund
Good quality, well rounded, mild hot sauce. Is it on eggs/quesadillas regularly, very satisfying flavor with a little heat without ever being an ordeal. Would recommend this as a more flavorful version of tabasco if you/someone you know is looking for a starter hot sauce that won't punish them & doesn't have too much wildness going on.Mostly though, I buy this to support Dustin Poirer's Bass Boat fund; it's not a yatch, but it will have to do.Do it for the flavor, but also do it for our boy Dustin Poirier.
