Q: Is the image cut off on an LCD TV? A review posted elsewhere had a complaint about the edges of the video being cropped by the bezel of his TV.

I had this issue, reset the tv settings and ti was fine.

Q: Can this also output to a projector and switch between the different inputs individually only displaying one at a time?

This only has 1 multiview output, that can be switched with the software between all 4 inputs or just 1 of them full screen, but you can only have 1 of them at a time. The 4 inputs also output, but only as a pass through, so 1 to 1, 2 to 2, etc.

Q: Could i not take the hdmi output into vmix on computer to live stream?

I have not tried this, but in theory seems workable

Q: Does this item come with a power cord?

The AC cord is not included, but is the same style as used by any desktop PC.
