Outstanding clarity at 400 yards and in.
I bought this so my son and I could use it for long range shooting. We took it to an outdoor range and used it out to 400 yards and it was surprisingly clear. We did use splatter targets which helps and we couldn't test it beyond the 400 yards but it did what we needed to to do and for the price I am very happy.

Great spotting scope. Great range, Solid build, Great Tripod & Window Mount, Nice Hard and Soft Case included!
Great spotting scope. Great range, Solid build, Great Tripod & Window Mount, Nice Hard and Soft Case included! I use it for wildlife/birding and off my balcony for looking out at the sea. Dolphins, Whales, Seals and various birds, schools of fish & boats etc. The only downside is that it doesn't have an angled eye piece, Not such a big deal and after a short while I'll get over it but having an 45 degree angled eye piece is a nice option but I knew that making this purchase so that's on me. All in all, very well made solid scope that seems it'll last forever and take a good beating. Keep in mind, this is warrantied for LIFE, that was another big purchasing factor. For the price, quality, two cases, (Hard & Soft), two different tripod mounts, (table top and car window) the life time warranty and most important the distance you get with this scope makes it definitely worth it. The Only true nit pic is the front lens cover is a slip on not a screw on and it could be a lil tighter, sorta pops off rather easy, one loop of electric tape should fix that though. Honestly not a big deal at all, just giving my overall fair review since a did a fair amount of research. For the price and all the above mentioned, I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Great scope for the money!
Bought this to use at the shooting range so I don't have to keep checking my hits down range. Works great out to 100 yards, haven't used it beyond that distance yet. Easy to set up and focus. The tripod is pretty sturdy as well. My only gripe is the tensioner is a little touchy when trying to make precise adjustments. Other than that I'm very pleased.

Excellent product
I am a forms army sniper and am teaching a friend how to shoot up to000 M so I shopped around and found this scope I have found that I can see pinecones on a tree 500M away. I can't water to get this on the range!

Purchased for My Husband who is a hunter and he loves it
I purchased this for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. Definitely worth the money spent. It’s focus as well in the image is clear. My Husband spent all morning looking out at the Mountain watching the elk wander.

Good value scope
Bought the 20-60 x 65mm version. I wanted to obtain a scope that my kids could knock over without me crying. The scope came with a surprisingly sturdy hard plastic case that is well padded, has beefy latches and has a rubber gasket seal around the top.The included table-tripod is pretty cheap, but is adequate and light weight. The window-mount is integral to the tripod. A small screw holds the 2 pieces together.Image quality is good on the 20x setting, not the hyper real picture that a $500+ scope will get you, but good enough. At 40x, the exit image shrinks down to about 3/4 of the size and the colors, clarity, and do wash out somewhat. Still usable at 40x, but not great if this is the mag that you'll be using all the time.At 60x, you have to chase the tiny picture around the eyepiece to find it, and the image is pretty murky, even in bright sunlight conditions. I would say it is usable for getting a vague idea of what is going on (way out there), but not for any long term viewing. The scope also seems to shift focus between the magnification settings which I haven't experienced on more expensive scopes.Scope is touted as waterproof for brief immersion, which (if true!) is great for the price-point.It is quite large, but not that heavy. The button at the side is for rotation relative to the tripod mount. This band has click stops as you rotate so the scope isn't just slopping around in the ring mount. These detent stops are a nice quality touch on such a cheap scope. The whole dark band of the scope body at the front of the scope body extends out into a nice sun-shade. I wouldn't have realized had it not been for the instruction manual! The shade is unobtrusive when stowed and feels solid when extending and retracting. The tethered front cap is nice and snug (despite what those other reviews say). If you are rotating the scope relative to the mount, it will flop into your view!I am taking this scope to Alaska and will write an update when we return. In summary- A solid, affordable scope for 20-30 mag that can creakily stretch out for longer range. Well done Bushnell for the solid travel box and sturdy engineering of the scope features!
