Perfect for dancing! I ordered a small as I have thin legs and they fit well! Not too tight, but definitely not loose. They won't be falling off. The pads themselves aren't too big and they're nice and soft. Overall really comfortable, would recommend. Love them!

This is the second time we have purchased these knee pads. We use them in our Rehab centre for our instructors who kneel alot when working with clients. comfortable , light weight and easy to wash.

Great to begin with, but wore out quickly
Used these for dance. Within about 6 sessions, the padding had flattened significantly and the protection just wasn’t there.

Great stuff just a little hole))
These are great! I am 156cm, small size was perfect. The pads are really bouncy, absolutely what I need! The only issue was a little hole, which I will fix of course, just a little thing which was not perfect.
