Great value for moeny
First of all it is well built. It came with a cover, keyboard, and wireless mouse.Wireless mouse took some effort to work, but bluetooth keyboard worked on a fly.It is quite robust and intuitive Tablet. Because my young one is still "young", I did not want to by a main stream brand for 5 times more value than this Tablet.Customer service is via email, and first class in my experience.

A good tablet but
A good tablet but it's not the fastest. It's perfectly good for the price for watching iPlayer, Youtube etc.I specifically ordered this tablet to use with mapping and charting applications because it said it had GPS. Unfortunately it Doesn't! It just takes position from your wifi router (and possibly mobile signal). The seller was helpful but sadly because of this I had to send it back.

A nice tablet. Performs well. A great combination of tablet, keyboard, mouse, stylus and cover. Everything you need out on the road in one box.Good value for the money and delivered on time safely.

Reliability
Very poor. Keeps crashing out. Tried to reboot numerous times. After just over one month getting this tablet stopped working completely. Stuck on restarting mode and nothing happens. Will have to return and Hope purchase can be refunded.

Excellent considering the price .
The customer service are helpful .(The tablet is very good value for the price..)Quickly delivered in one day...Customer support done through e-mail but they always got back to me .I had a query regards the blue tooth keyboard and they dealt with it promptly. I have rated the battery 4 star as its not quite as good as some other tablets I have had but then those were much more expensive .

Great value for money
I love that you can use the keyboard and mouse to turn this pad into a pc. It’s very convenient for my studies when I don’t want to power up my laptop and is great for notes etc.The battery life is not as long as some and the overall performance is slower but you’d pay probably 3-4 times more if you wanted faster processing.Overall I’m really happy with it and feel this is a very good buy.

This is a great tablet! I'm severely disabled & this is brill 4 me to use!
It's perfect for me because my spine's now collapsed, laptop is too big for me & a lg. mobile's too difficult to send texts as I'm losing my fine motor skills & can't hit the right key! It does everything my laptop & my mobile did but I can use it easily. I love it!
