Perfect for my needs, great price.
I just wanted a simple system to water my garden. It came with 40 emitters, though im only running 21 of them. After reading a lot online about 1/4 systems, instead of running a straight line that terminate s at the end, i ran a loop system and it really equalized the water distribution. I didn't use a complicated set up with automated timers and pressure regulators. Just connected to the hose bib and open it barely a quarter turn and i have good even flow to all plants. Saves me from bringing out the hose or multiple trips with the watering can. Just open the valve and let it run for 5-10 min. Gave 4 stars because i can't attest to the longevity of the system, but so far, i very happy with it.

Drill Out Hose Connection Adapter
Ordered this on a chance as I was concerned that the 1/4th tubing wouldn’t allow enough water flow but figured at the price why not. Easy set up and the fittings were surprisingly secure. I ran it off a standard garden hose with the provided adapter and it really was barely flowing. I fiddled around it and checked all the connections and for kinks at the ground steak connections but didn’t work well at all. The final connections had no water running to them. I ran about 7 of the drip emitters to 1 tree and 6 hydreanga bueshes across about 35 feet, so I figured it was kind of a lost cause. Took another crack at it and realized it the connection from the hose that feeds into the tubing was barley larger than the tip of a ball point pen. I disconnected it and used a drill with increasingly larger drill bits to widen the hole as much as possible with out damaging the male connection that feeds the tubing. Reconnected and opened back up the hose and it is now working perfectly. I have plenty of pressure to the point the drip emitters were spraying in a strong 3 foot diameter spray. I think I could had several more drip emitters and or misters with the same successs. So if you have flow problems I suggest giving this a try. I suppose it could also work with the t-connection pieces, but that wasn’t necsssary for me.

excellent value, easy to setup and,..
been suffering from the worst drought in our area since the dust bowl. to save our shrubs and trees last year had to lay out hundreds of feet of soaker hose, deep water our trees and then get hammered by a water bill that is nearly a car payment! had hoped the drought would break but these past six months with under 2" of precip. so this drip system was a purchase made out of desperation. the water savings from a soaker hose is great but going this route is even better. though it takes a bit more time to lay out and setup once done you're good to go.*do make sure to lay a good layer of mulch e.g. grass clippings, leaves, newspaper, etc. to cover the soil where your plants are (over the drip system.) it helps greatly to keep the water from evaporating. when every drop counts this is a great way to keep things alive and healthy.

The seller was kind of responsive.
I'm sad to say, I can't recomend this kit. I built my system using only about 30 of the emitters. I first connected it to my 1/2 drip line. It blew off almost immediately. I got a couple other connectors and got a good connection. Turned it on and only a few emitters really gave any water. Guessing there might not be enough pressure from one feed I added a second feed line to the back end of the system. I had the same results, only a few worked. I scrapped the idea of connecting to my 1/2 drip line and plugged into my full pressure sprinkler line (I've done this before with an old drip system), but again only a few emitters worked. As a test I got 5 different heads and different cabling from my local hardware store. Built with just the new emitters and they worked. Added just two from this system and they barely did anything. I tried opening opening and closing them to adjust with no luck. Having spent far too much time on this, I decided to go a completely different route. I put in 1/4 soaker lines and my system seems to be working well. Ultimately, I'm only using the tape and stakes from this system. It is possible that I still don't have enough pressure for this system or maybe I got a bad batch. Possibly, I just don't know what I'm doing, but I don't think so.I have to say that Koram replied to my email request. Gave a couple of suggestions. So, I think the seller is fine. The product just didn't work for me.

Beware adding this to an existing drip system
In adding these components to an existing drip system that uses pressure compensating drippers, I quickly learned (the hard way) that the they don't play well together. The drippers in the Koram Expansion kit have a variable flow rate that must be dialed down a lot to coexist with fixed rate drippers. The problem with that is that the system becomes unbalanced every time you adjust one of these drippers. Open one up and another might stop. Close one down and another might flow too much. This system would be great if you only used the type of drippers provided and didn't mix and match, AND if you have a 1/2" feeder line to tap them off of. It's completely unrealistic that you could use only the 1/4" line provided driving all of the drippers in this kit and get any flow out of them. The included hose in this kit is very flexible and easy to use. Dip the tip in hot water for a few seconds and it slides onto the plastic bits very easily. I found all the components to be of good quality. My word of warning is that balancing the flow of all of the non-pressure compensating sprinkler-type drippers can be frustrating.
