A Must-Have Guide for Easy Homemade Bread
As someone who loves baking bread at home, this book has been a game-changer for me. This book has simple and tasty recipes that turn my homemade loaves into delicious artisan bread. What makes this cookbook special is how easy it is to follow. The recipes are straightforward, so I can make perfect loaves using my bread machine without much effort. The book has a wide variety of bread recipes to choose from, including classic favorites and unique options.I decided to get the color version of the book, and it was worth the extra cost. The colorful pages make the recipes come alive and add joy to my baking. The book is just beautiful to open and to look at the I am literally in love with its cover. It’s a book a love to just keep in the kitchen. One thing I really like about this cookbook is that it shares tips and tricks that have saved me time and helped me achieve great results in quite a short time. The recipes are very good too and super simple, as bread machine recipes should be. There are different types of bread to try, like white bread, rye bread, gluten-free options, and bread with fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, cheese, and meat. You can really get creative.I definitely recommend who’s interested in baking her own bread to add this cookbook to her kitchen shelf and start baking homemade bread right away. It’s very satisfying.

Disappointing and missing lots of info
I was very hopeful about this bread machine book, but a lot of the recipes are missing key steps, missing ingredients, have dubious, misleading pictures of the end product. For example, one recipe featured braided tops on the bread (see included pic). No home cook's bread machine can do this. Last time I checked autobraid wasn't a feature on any of them. Definitely the pictures is of hand braided traditionally baked bread, not machine bread. Lots of pictures feature a lot of sketchy stuff. I get wanting stuff to look good, but the authenticity is severely lacking. The Gluten free bagels are missing the step of when to add the various sesame seed/nut topping during the oven baking process. Yep, oven baked - not a machine bread recipe as touted by the title. This made me think a lot of these pics are of stock/found photos strategically cropped and purposely printed in black and white to hide inconsistencies in photography. Lots of the bread pictures feature a lot of intricate details that make me think these are not actuallyfrom the machine bake... Also, many of the recipes are missing a lot of info and printed in an ugly black and white newspaper quality print. There were even streaks on some pages. Save money by avoiding this book because a lot of the "no fuss" cooking is the same recipe over and over: (1) Dump wet ingredients first, (2) Dump in dry, (3) Push button. Okay...gonna just google and experiment with recipes for free because it's the same thing when you follow this book. So disappointing.

some good some bad
I've used some of the recipes and they turned out fine, but there are a lot of errors in the book. The table of contents doesn't match the actual contents, and some of the recipes don't match the ingredients used. But it does give you a good idea of what type of breads there are and what the common ingredients needed are most the time. I don't always follow the recipes, because I like to ad lib when I cook, so the book gives me a good base to start from. I do wish the book had some editing and quality control before they published though.

I Do not recommend this book.
Not well edited. Most recipes are not completed in the bread machine. I bought a bread machine so I could set it and forget it. Very disappointed with this purchase!

Confusing
This definitely is a hard to read book. Looks like the bold number is the recipe number while the bottom number on the page is the page number. There's a few typos here and there, and the book does need a quick section as to how to read this book. Some of these recipes do look like they need to be completed in the oven, it be nice for the recipe to mention which one needs to be completed in the oven and which one can be completed in the bread machine.I haven't tried any of the recipes yet, not sure if I will, as the reviews do have me concern of potentially braking my bread machine. I'll do some further research on this book and update the comment once I complete a recipe.
