I absolutely love this. I am a dancer and it has helped me so well with extensions and needles! I have seen real progress ever since I bought this! I definitely recommend

First, beware what color you order. The actual functionality of the product does not change (I don't believe), but 3 of the current colors (big rose red, orange, and purple) have a double strap. The extra strap is sewed on to create openings and those openings create nice hand holds while you're stretching. If you buy any of the other colors, you'll only receive that one straight strap. When you're holding on to that strap and pulling your leg up, your hand can start to ache. With the two strap design, I can rest my hand more easily without having to grip the strap as hard. I've really appreciated the two strap design and I'm sure it'll save my hand from callouses that would've otherwise been caused by a tight grip over time.Now for the actual product. I LOVE IT. I am a fat 23-year old who took ballet classes at my high school but I've been out of practice for years and I was never that flexible (or good in general, haha) to begin with. Now, my grand battements are better than ever after only using this strap for a short period of time.I don't have a 'goal' per se for using this strap. I just want to become more flexible to take care of my body. And I wouldn't mind learning some cool tricks, too. We'll see. I think this is a fine product for people of all ages to stretch and lengthen many parts of our legs, backs and bodies.

The media could not be loaded.  It is an overall good product, but the part where I have to put the long rope into the black door stopper can get challenging, but I really like this product to strengthen my legs.

It works as intended, I was a little confused on how to set it up when I first got it but I think I’ve got it down.

The leg stretcher appeared to be made of quality sturdy material. However, i had to return it due to the fact that i am not at the level of mobility, or balance necessary to use it. It does come with easy to read instructions.

I am not even kidding, I think this is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! I’ve done dance for around 5 years and I am a teen. In my classes we had to do things revolving around flexibility such as splits and high kicks. I never could do my splits simply because I wasn’t born like that. Sometimes I would practice for a few months daily but hardly anything improved. I eventually gave up on practicing. One day I was on Amazon and this popped up. It looked amazing and was a reasonable price so I bought it! It came on time and was super easy to assemble. One day I did it and held my leg up high for a few minutes. I was surprised how flexible i was. I did that for only a few days. I tried doing my splits and I was around one inch off the ground. I was amazed! I stretched using this the next day and that night I got my splits. I couldn’t believe how easy it was!! This is literally a life changer not only for dance students but also for anyone who wants to show their family and friends they can do things like the splits. I honestly don’t see any reason not to buy it. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Still... 2 months later... daughter said this was the best Christmas gift! She's 12 and dances.

For the cost this product is fantastic. It is very easy to use and since sitting and stretching hurts my back a bit, this is great!

The product is robust, it performs as advertised, it packs away easily and it can be used for a variety of stretches.

The strap keeps slipping out of the metal and my we keep having to re insert it after every stretch.

Almost broke my neck it's unsafe to use

Over the door (only) option. It's just a strap. Don't bother.
