Oroduct not working. Pump mechanism defective and nit working. Nozzle missing. Adhesive tape used for wrapping the head of the cleaner. Removing it messy snd terribly inconvenient. Have asjed for a replacement or refund

Did not clean the calcification at all
Didn’t clean the calcification on taps and faucets as advertised. The smell is too pungent and chemically.

Would recommend it if you live in an area with hard water. Easily removes hard water marks from glass, faucets etc.
