Great Customer Service.
Worked well for the first 3 months then it just died. I had only used it approximately 12 times. I've had trouble contacting Chesona as their automated "contact us" email system seems to malfunction. No phone number available either. Now I'm left with a useless keypad. There is supposed to be a 1-year warranty.I'd appreciate any advice, thanks.Update: I have been in touch with Chesona. The keyboard was covered under warranty, and they sent me a replacement straight away. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I love this keyboard. Works perfectly for my needs.

works well but not for me
This is nice BUT I use my ipad on my lap of on the side of the arm chair a lot and this set up is not stable like the apple case. it is basically unusable like that. It is also heavy. So good points - very sturdy and protects and you won't lose the dang pencil. Bad side takes up too much room or flops around if not flat on a table or counter. Because the keyboard detaches, I always spend a few moments (don't want to exagerate here) setting it up if i use it on a counter. It sticks out more towards you than the apple case as well. Of course the problem iwht the apple case is that you lose the pencil all the time. So it's a good case, it just doesn't work well for me and how I use my ipad.

As expected
It is a great cover, but the Ipad was for my daugther, then white was not a good choice.

Not a good choice
Very flimsy , cannot walk around with this in the office . It has collapsed and almost dropped my ipad twice. Also to stand up the ipad the keyboard has to be almost all the way off of the magnetic pad.

The keyboard is ok
The keyboard is decent. It's a tiny keyboard but it's better than the on screen keyboard. The RGB, keep your expectations in check and concider it more as the keyboard is dim but totally counts enough as backlit. I may sound down on the keyboard but better to say meets my expectations for a small cheap keyboard.Touchpad isn't great but I'm not sure if that's the keyboard fault or iOS. I would buy it separately, and wish I had. The keyboard is what got this 3 stars instead of 2. The case is where I have issues. So I have been buying cheap phone/tablet cases since like 2008, so I'm talking like 50/60 cases over the years. The fitment and material is where the issues are. So power button/fingerprint reader clearance is good, volume is spongy but works. The material is a very soft rubber(not tpu) so the perimeter of the case around the screen is loose and no matter where you put your hand the iPad will start to come out. Like if your holding it landscape and go to put it on your lap too fast the corner or bottom will pop out. Now the flap, first there is nothing securing it in position so it's very wobbly standing up, practically useless for using on the couch instead of a desk. Now the lip that wraps around it needs to be super long for the keyboard. But if using it without the keyboard it's super annoying. No magnets or anything securing it just flapping around. The keyboard attaches a mangitude more secure than the iPad stays in. The outside of the case is very much rubber. It feels ok to the touch, but attracts fingers and anything. Don't ever expect it to look clean for more than 1 minute. Now the inside of the flap is a nice textured material, like feels a couple levels better than the rest of the materials. Apple pencil, the stock location magnets and charging works well. No sleep/wake with the flap. The extra pencil well at the bottom is the flimsy part and because of that brings everything else down. There is a cutout for popping the pencil out. It works but no matter what the flap is in the way. In conclusion after a week of use, I'm on Amazon writing this review because I'm case shopping, keyboard I will keep around. Reality is the case is equivalent to a $10 case the keyboard should be a $20 tops. If this was priced at $30 I would still have the same issues but would of been 4 stars and prolly wouldn't of taken the to even write this. Also be aware this sucker is heavy, expect the case alone to double the weight of the ipad, the keyboard is less than that but totally everything loaded it's around as heavy and cumbersome as my 14 inch Lenovo laptop

Very Awesome for the price
I love that this case has a rubber like cover for the ipad itself. It absorbs every fingerprint on the case but its easy to open up and get to work on the ipad. I love this case. The battery life on the keyboard almost seems immortal but its great. My only issue with the keyboard is the keys were kinda broken when i got it and now its jst broken off. Also some of the buttons i type don’t show on the screen and I don’t really type fast but i do have to check what im typing quite often. So jst button issues
