LipSense Liquid Lip Color, Cocoa, 0.25 fl oz / 7.4 ml

I liked this color. It's resembles my natural lip color. It's only a little brighter. Lipsense is it's own thing. So you have to do your research. It will tingle or sting when you put it on. It will take multiple coats. You do have to reapply the gloss over the lip color. But tbh... I would rather apply CLEAR gloss with no mirror required as it is CLEAR. Rather than touching up my liquid lipsticks and having the crumble off. This is an investment. It's lip color that doesn't come off. I live it. This is a legit lipsense. I bought my starter kit at a bridal expo. This lipsense looks no different. I love this and will be ordering other colors.

I have a couple friends who have tried this product and have loved it, so I tried it too and I love it! This color, Pink Champagne on me is like the color or babies lips. I love it. It really did stay on all day for me too, on at 8 a.m. until after 10 p.m.

I love LipSense! It lasts 5 to 6 hours for me. Also you need to use the glossy top coat gloss to seal well. After the initial glossy top coat I use the matt top coat gloss through out the day. I don't like the real shiny look and feel of the glossy gloss.If you over apply you tend to feel and see a residue on your lips, so do follow the directions. Also do not touch your lips together until after applying the glossy gloss top coat to seal.It is a bit pricy compared to other long wearing lip covers. But with my experience LipSense does last longer if applied following the directions. So I think it might be according to what your preference is for you.

I love the color, and the lighter colors are much easier to apply. I found that waiting three to05 seconds between applications was insufficient. Also, you don't need to spend the money on the loops remover because you can just use rubbing alcohol with a sponge or washcloth. Went up line, I outlined my lips with a very very thin layer, and then come back around to do the rest, try not to overlap. Wait closer to 20 seconds before you apply the second coating. I have found that with the lighter color, three coats is not necessary as indicated in the instructions and tends to make the lip color clump up. The liner always lasts all day and is still visible on my lips in the morning if I don't take it off at night. The inner part of my lips keeps color for 6 to 12 hours. This stuff really does work! However, it is tricky to apply and probably isn't the most environmentally friendly option. However, I don't use this as an every day lipstick, but for special occasions where I will be going out to parties, weddings, holidays, etc. There is a slight tingling sensation to my lips when I first apply it, and that lasts for a few minutes. Overall, I prefer purchasing these items through Amazon instead of a Rep, simply to avoid them trying to upsell me to make a profit. Four stars due to the trickiness of applying. Also, be sure to lightly exfoliate your lips with your toothbrush when ever you brush your teeth in the morning, as that will help the lip sense go on smoother. And, you cannot use this at all without the lipsense gloss. I prefer the matte gloss over the Glossy gloss, but that is a matter of personal preference.

Everyone was raving about this product so I ignored some of the more negative because I thought they were just outliers. Y'all... DON'T GET SCAMMED! There are people here that are made with not only the QUALITY but also the INGREDIENTS in this product (alcohol! which speeds up aging, wrinkles, and makes skin barrier weaker :/). Plus I used it more than a handful of times trying to get something for my buck (because this product is ridiculously expensive) and legit it wears off (no longevity as promised at all) in no time plus the finish isn't worth the $... Just go to your nearest CVS and buy lipstick. Trust me, it will be better than this one... it sucks to leave such a negative review :/ wish I could say I liked it.

I have recently been buying the lipsense products through a friend. I love the color of this and the quality is the same however it has a few drawbacks. The first thing that it does not go on evenly because it's an opaque color and the second is that the lipsense products in general do not do well on myself. They dry out my lips severely and flake off my lips closest to the inside of my mouth if that makes sense. I will probably continue to wear it just maybe over another product. I know of many people who can wear lipsense products with no problem and if that's the case then I would definitely recommend this for you. And you can wear it over other solid colors and it will give it an opalescent look. Very pretty.

I love how long lasting and transfer-proof these lipsticks are, especially when eating or wearing masks. I got lots of compliments on this color too!Downside is that it has a chemical smell while wet and worst of all, the sheerness. It’s so hard to get this to go on evenly so that there aren’t sheer gaps in the color. Even with a vigorous shake to ensure there is no settling I had difficulties. One day I managed to only need four layers of color. Another day it took about six applications to get solid and even color. I’m no newbie to liquid lips and have a red in this brand that is great, so this is disappointing.

Not sure is this is maybe not the lipsense brand, or if its just not great. I’ve never tried it but I was thrilled to once I heard it was smudge proof long lasting color. This color was darker than depicted but a color I loved on me . But it was sort of like spray paint for your lips, and it didnt last. It spelled like nail polish, was very sheet going on but did provide color, and it even had a little shaker ball like spray paint. Over all just very weird. It stung a bit applying, not sure if thats because I used a lip plumper under it and was a reaction.. but either way it felt like and tasted like paint on my lips and I wasnt entirely sure it wasnt toxic. And, the color didnt last. Maybe I should have ordered from the actual website and not amazon

It's a different colour than the last one I'd bought of the same colour from a lip sense party..Still purple but a little darker.

The product makes my lips feel like they burn; just for a minute or so with no side effects mind you. Just that feeling made me decide against further use or purchase of this product.

Much darker colour than photo, it's like a deep purplish black that does not look good on me. Also very hard to get a good even coverage of colour

Other than taking a while to receive, it was perfect.
