The glasses are only useable for about 30 seconds before they make you want to have a seizure. The flashing lights are literally right in your eyeballs so you can’t see anything except the lights flashing. Total waste of money. And the ring lights started falling apart almost right away. The bands were snapping and some of them wouldn’t even light up. Don’t waste your money.
