I find it very confy. The massage feature works well. I would like it a little more upright but it's OK as it is. Overall very good chair. It's a big chair for big people.

I am a 150 lb woman who is 5 foot 9 inches tall. The chair works for me with an additional back pillow. Everything else is great. Chairs arms work with my desk, height adjustments are a plus, cushioning is comfy and the massage elements give it the perfect plus I wanted for later evening TV. So far it seems stable and well made.

Chair is to expectation, just wish no connection cord for the massage but it works. Easy to put together feels sturdy

This is a comfortable chair but I weigh in at 400lbs and just a bit over a year after my purchase I find that the chair starts dropping while I am sitting on it. I would hope these things would last more than a couple years considering the price.Also, probably due to how I sit, the threads holding the cushions together started coming out fairly quickly, but not completely so it gets ugle, but still works.

This is an awesome chair! It is very comfortable and well made. It is heavy and sturdy with a wide seat. It is much bigger than the other office chair in my house. It is perfect for my big and tall husband. The massage feature is nice too if you spend a lot of time working in the chair. All together this was a fantastic buy!

Great chair. I am 6'2", weighing over 300 pounds, and find this to be a solid chair. I don't like the instructions that the seller sends with it (there are only pictures) and don't show some important details. The seller has contacted me, saying that they will improve their instructions. I am pleased with their response, for it shows they care about their products and customers opinions.

This chair is worth every penny! This chair was easy to assemble because the instructions was very simple and clear. The chair itself looks very nice. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in! The chair also comes with different messaging modes and just does a great job at relaxing your muscles while sitting in it during work for hours and hours. Overall, this was an amazing purchase!
