I really dont know what some people are talking about.i bought this one and i bought off black and this is human hair and its freakin awesome..i dont know my head isnt that big soo ibdont need two packs it is kinda thin but one pack does the job for me..def better then goin to sallys!!! I jus wouldnt color it..i tried to color off black to the red but the color didnt show..i didnt bleach i tho so prolly my fault lol
