Water tight even if it takes an adjustment
I haven't baked in this yet but gave it the leak test. Water ran out like crazy but I unhooked the latch, tried again and not a drop came out, so know if leaking is a concern, just test first, adjust & rehook if needed, then dry and use. I was extremely disappointed though to find out this was made in China and not one of Nordic Ware's USA made products.

Perfect pan for flourless torte
I have used this pan several times already and it works great. I have discovered a new recipe for flourless chocolate torte and this pan makes it easy. The cake doesn’t stick, and there is no leaking around the bottom. Feels heavy for its size; very sturdy construction.

Finally a great springform pan, perfect for cheesecakes!
Love this one specifically because the bottom isn’t low in a way where the crust/bottom of the cake is hard to get out of it, this just slides off with a little help of a spatula. Big deal when taking cheesecakes off that bottom part and it isn’t baked I to that quarter of an inch indentation!

definitely recommend this pan
Love this pan. I've only used it twice so far, but it seems to hold up great and works as it should. Very easy to clean. No leaks (this far). Definitely recommend.
