Excellent pour les exercices de Plyometrics !
C'est résistant, de très bonne qualité et cela permet d'ajouter un panel d'exercices au fitness et à la musculation traditionnelle.Je recommande également l'achat d'une Médecine Ball de la même marque, elles sont très lourdes et on peut les utiliser en même temps que cette Box.A la base je ne pensais vraiment pas qu'une BOX apporterait quelque-chose mais j'avais tord !Un achat que je recommande à toutes les personnes qui veulent élever leur niveau sportif.
