I hesitated to buy this for a while because I heard the instructions were bad and it was not that great. I really like it and am glad I purchased it. Yes, the instructions are terrible the photos are way too small to figure out. But there are enough YouTube videos out there to follow. I was able to install it in under an hour. The brightness is good if it were a little brighter, it would be great, but at night it's amazing.It's a tight install because there are so many cables and the Jeep Rubicon does not have a lot of space in that area so it takes a little working it in. It says it has wireless Carplay but am not able to get the Carplay to work unless I plug it in to my phone which is not such a big deal.

The company advertised that it does , but in reality it was a wasted of time and money, if your jeep climate control is automatic ,no problem ,but it isn't stay away from this product

Not a lot of space behind the radio in Jeep Wrangler. So the bundle of wires will be a tight fit. Overall looks good and sounds good. Also if you are good with android.....you can customize the boot screen.

Looks and operates amazing.The only downside is that the radio does not come with instructions. It's pretty self-explanatory if you lay out all of the cables ahead of time. All the plugs are different shapes and sizes and we'll only plug into each other. Also if your AC is not working after installing it all, you need to go into the settings on the radio and change the AC from Auto to manual. Took me awhile to figure that out. Other than that, a great upgrade from my previous 5" screen.

ok so im a start off like this i read a review someone had here about the radio not starting up after installation unfortunately i did not listen. i got a bad radio for 1300 plus its kind of scary sure they can swap it but how long would it last afterwards. so i called linkswell and sense i did not buy it from them or a retail authorized vendor they did not want to help me so customer service sucks. so installation is pretty simple no instructions so was a little confused on the speaker part because i have an after market sound system so i could not find a remote wire for the amp.. last thing i was told that this radio might come as from linkswell american made or something to that nature but my seller is from honk kong so you know im not going to get good customer service or immediate help regardless.... so save a little more and get something else

Let me start off saying this is a great product! I am very happy with what it provides and how functional it is both on and off-road. Sometimes the USB port provided for the phone to connect for the CarPlay or Android operating system, the radio will lag behind and sometimes I’d disconnects the phone entirely and I have to reset the radio to get it to work again. Hopefully LinksWell will take a look at it and see if there’s a software fix or a hardware fix to keep this from happening. It could be quite dangerous if the phone disconnected from the radio at the wrong time.

I've had this unit installed in my Gladiator for ~2 months. I mostly like it buta disappointed in the quality vs the cost. I previously had a 10.1" android head unit and it performed similarly for $800 less. Overall it works as advertised. The screen is clear and responsive once it boots up. Again, I expected this unit to go to sleep after powering off, instead it completely shuts down and has to boot up every time the vehicle is started - not ideal for quick trips. The sound is pretty good but the equalizer is weird...it is a 12 band adjustable EQ but you can only select 1 hz setting from each sound group. Probably wouldn't buy this again.
