Because He's Watching

A very hot book, well written and slow burning, surely smouldering. You know Emily will, but McCurran brings the right amount of guilt, self doubt and frission of excitement to the unfolding drama as her heroine, knowing she's wanted by another man, acts that bit sexier, that bit more confident, that bit more flattered by his compliments, that bit bolder. The role of the watching and encouraging husband is not quite so well fleshed out but you don't have to suspend too much imagination to believe the story. A real turn on for both sexes that just might sate a curiosity that in reality could be damaging... but then again!

Well written, the author gets you emotionally involved and its difficult to put the book down as a consequence-well done

From the first chapter it has action to you sucked into the story but with enough story to make you need to know more about the characters. I found myself asking questions and reading more to find answers, putting myself in the shoes of the husband and became really interested. Now i am going to read the counterpart story which the first two chapters are included at the end of the story. Really puts light on the whole story, I recommend reading this first.

Every page of this delicious book is hot and steamy and classy, and the story is much too good to end. This couple has so much more to explore. Ms. McCurran's characters are real and very interesting. Who they are, and how they are, is every bit as important as what they do, and why.

The plot was erotic, but we were hoping for "in the same room" watching. We found the emotional connection Emily forms with her paramour a little off-putting. Big no-no as far as we're concerned. Still, a good erotic tale.
