LabradaNutrition GlutaLean, 500-Gram

I've been using Glutalean for about 2weeks and have actually had increased muscle soreness but with the benefit of increased muscle gains. My theory is since taking I have increased the muscle uptake of Glutamine and have "flipped the switch" on my muscles...I have been a little more sore after workouts, meaning I have been able to use more muscle fibers and improved my contractions to the point of working more of the muscle than ever before, this I truly believe. The 4 supplements that are essential for bodybuilding are; 1) protein powder 2) creatine 3) BCAA'S 4) Glutamine Three of mine are from the Labrada line...quality.

This is an inexpensive glutamine supplement in a nicely designed canister, which makes getting the powder out much easier. I take this along with Labrada's creatine product, which has a similarly designed canister. The consistency of the powder is excellent and I trust the company to put what they say into their products (I also typically have one Lean Body RTD (chocolate) for breakfast, so I genuinely like the product line).

It's hard to remember to take powder. Think I'll try a pill next time.

I drink this on days I work out. I like to drink it with water because It has no flavor and is such a fine powder that you cant even taste it. I'm not sure if I can tell a difference in my recovery or immune system, but I think I will keep taking it.

I use this since my first marathon on 2012 and could not be happier!Helps me with my recovery speed and immunological system.

100% glutamine from a reliable company with a good name. How can one go wrong?

The product is as described. It works perfect when I mix it with orange juice. This is the only L-Glutamine brand I will buy because of the price and quality.
