Noisy, couldn't be resolved
Arrived damaged. Builders fixed as best they could and installed. Was really noisy above #1, eventually we found out was not balanced properly which engineer told us was a common problem. SIA do not fix it - they employ a contractor who changed the motor, but it's not fixed. Is still very noisy on #3 - but better on 1 & 2, so we have decided to live with it.Really poor customer service, SIA took no responsibility to resolve. Would not recommend.
