Simple Deluxe 4pcs Cantilever Offset Patio Market Stand with U Locking Shape Weights Water, Umbrella Square Base

First time using an umbrella stand like this. I really like this option because since it is in four pieces, it makes each section very manageable instead of one extremely heavy base. I think that makes it easy to move and umbrella around. It is quite big, but since it is low, it doesn’t stick out too much I think it’s a great value and very well-made. It’s a very nice look Because it comes apart, it’s very, very easy to manage

I live in a rather windy area. Some umbrella bases are not sturdy enough to keep the umbrella upright in strong winds. This one works just fine in our windy conditions. Plus this one looks great with an antique bronze, decorative finish. I highly recommend this product.

I have quite a few since I have lots of umbrella's trying to shade the fake grass since it gets so dang hot. I like them the only comment is the umbrella fits in but the part you put the umbrella in leans so drives me nuts that the umbrella leans a bit but that's me LOL. Other than that they haven't fallen over in the wind which is good.

The product works well. We filled with water. One of the segments was leaking so I contacted the company and they sent me out a replacement segment quite quickly. Good customer service. Good product even if a bit expensive.

Used to secure the patio umbrella we bought. So far so good.... easy to install and has held up well through several storms to date.

I did a lot of shopping around for umbrella stands. The solid ones are too expensive for the heavier ones that give you faith they won't blow over. These allow you to fill easily with water or sand or wet sand so that even with just water they are heavier than the more expensive solid stands. So in my mind, they are the best of all worlds. Cheaper and heavier and easier. Easy to fill, easy to clean, easy to move.

The metal clips would never stay in to hold the base together if just a little wind blew. The first time the clips came out the umbrella fell completely over and thank goodness no one was hurt the second time the umbrella fell and hooked on my pool fence and the umbrella that I had for 2 months had to be pitched because it broke so to prevent any other mishaps the base is now in a land fill somewhere.

While these weights have held up for at least a couple weeks and seem durable, I cannot shake the memory of the nauseating chemical smell they gave off while opening and filling them. While they may be made of HDPE plastic which is apparently safe, I would question the “UV and weather resistant coating”. The smell was obnoxious and screamed cancer. Buy at your own risk, but I am extremely skeptical as this product is made in China. I question the research and regulations of products like these.

We order a box of these, and 3 of the weights had holes in them and could not hold any water. We ordered a second box, and one of them had a huge hole in it!!If these were made to actually hold water, they would actually work really great.

Does a good job securing our 9’ umbrella

I can turn the umbrella by hand, the upright tube doesn't attach to the base.However, the wind doesn't turn umbrella

I bought this in the winter and used this spring/summer, surprisingly it is stable, strong and good for my 9' umbrella. In addition once in winter emptying water, very easy to move into my garage. I have the other metal base, too heavy to move indoor once the season is over. I like this product. 5 stars
