Excellent read. Great book.
This was a great book, I flew through it. The pages almost turn themselves. It was structured, one topic explored pretty thoroughly per chapter, and more importantly they were all interesting. The writing style was easy to read and funny, detailed enough that I felt like I had a good grasp of the content. It made me grab my pen several times to jot down stuff that I wanted to look into further later on. The thing that I liked the most is that the book is neither too short nor too long and serves as a perfect companion. There are several interesting topics discussed throughout the book I'd definitely recommend this book.

Good read for anyone
I am currently in school to become a dietitian and I thought this would be a good first book to read to start my collection of nutrition related content. I feel like I have learned so much through professors, textbooks, and lectures so it was a nice shift to read more about a topic I am interested in from a different perspective. I think this would be great for the average person looking to diet.

Excellent guide for someone like me
I was always sickly skinny until my late 20s. Then I struggled with hormonal imbalance and gained a ton of weight. Once I got the hormone issue under control with my doctor, I found the weight was lingering. This was a great read, I flew through it! and a resource I will continue to use. I especially enjoyed the chapter on Restoration. That's super imperative to incorporate in any nutrition backed book.
