Casio GA110LY-1A Sporty Illumi Series Watches - Black / 1 Size

This is my third G Shock watch. I’m very hard on them and never take them off. The first one still works but is scratched up and the band broke, the second one got water in it after 4 years. I don’t think I could really expect more from a watch, so I’ll use G shock watches forever.

Nearly, all black resin G Shocks vary in shades of black from one model to another. G Shock does a GREAT job with their matte black models! However, this model is not matte black. This is the "blackest" watch of the dozen or so that I own. This watch is that deep dark recesses of space black. I like it! It looks like it's been 'detailed!' Looks like the watch you would want on your wrist to cruise no-miles per hour down the boulevard in a drop-top, after buffing the car. It looks classy. The digital display could be better, but not a deal breaker for me.Of, the dozen or so G Shocks I own, they all function flawlessly. Buying one appears to be more about preference,style, and color. They are really well built.

Awesome Watch! The hands visible under water. But GSHOCK has always lacked in the light dept.

Digital ilumination very low difficult to see Data information

My concerned Why they pull out the price tag.. i like the watch tho..

This is second new watch. Cannot see lcd on top or bottom of face. One call to casio sipport said watch was defrvtive. Ordrred another snd same thing. Called dupport again. He hsd no idea why this is hspoening. He suggedtef he. Might get me to tech support and msybe they can "trick it up" so ivould see lcd. Btw: own 2 other g-shock snd see lcds perfectly

Nice watch, wear it everyday at work. Takes a beating and is holding up well. Illumination is adequate for reading the analog hands but not much else! People who warned of this in their reviews were 100% correct.
