What diameter are they?

I estimate the smaller ones are slightly under 1/8 inch and the larger just over 1/8 inch, but you out them in doubled, so they plug a fairly substantial puncture hole. If you get a rock puncture it may take several to hold air long enough to get to help. I have used up to 5 (of the smaller ones) at a time and every time I made it to a tire shop to get me fixed up. I recommend the larger diameter size as most efficient.

How many plugs on the box ?

The re-480 contain 80 small diameter plugs ( great for nail holes radial car and light truck) the re-60 contains 60 large diameter plugs (better for larger holes lawn and garden or atv) I have used this brand for 20 plus years in my business they are the best we have ever used when installed properly
