Start With One Capsule!
Start with one capsule at a time. I originally took 3 at once that resulted in a headache. I have since reduced to one capsule at a time which is manageable.,I will follow up following blood test for inflamation.

Mild aftertaste
There's a mild fishy aftertaste if you burp but product was safety sealed and appears to be of good quality.

Krill oil for life
So much better than having to take multiple fish oil pills to the two krill oils and it’s helping. Krill oil for life because seriously I’d rather take two krill oil than four fish oils multiple times a day!

Maybe not so good with blood thinners.
Not sure if these works as cardiologist urges caution. Not do great with blood thinners.We hope they work for my wife with swelling issues.
