Standard book to prep for cogat. Its initial level. It needs to be accompanied with more book for more practice

This CogAt was very helpful in practicing for GT Testing. I really liked how it was split for time testing.

I got this for my son for Grade 1 COGAT. He scored well and got into the Gifted program. These are good practice books however, since its not in color some of the pictures are not clear enough. So, my kid found it difficult to answer the picture questions. Other than that, I recommend this series of book.

If you are serious about preparing for the CoGAT I would definitely recommend buying several different books as they are all slightly different, but this one should be on your list. Helped my son for sure. Examples here were very similar to what was on the actual test.

I used this book to teach the 2nd grade children. I found some exercises were more difficult than the problems in the real exam but that was a good thing.

Had my child use this book over the summer to avoid "summer slide". It was a perfect prep work for school testing.
