I am no knife expert but these knives feel better quality than the price I paid for them. Just wash by hand and towel dry immediately and these will last for years.Knife using tip… no one ever tells you this but serrated knives are chosen by restaurants because cutting against ceramic plates quickly dulls knives. The pointy ends, the peaks, will dull quickly but the curved valleys that the peaks protect stay sharp and are what actually performs the cutting action. This allows for significantly reduced amount of sharpenings (if they ever sharpen them at all).Never use knives against ceramic if it can be helped. They actually use ceramic rods to hone knives, so that ought to tell you something. And don’t put them in the dishwasher! It will cause nicks in the edge.

This is a great attractive addition of knives for dining.Knives are colorful, durable and impressive. There not perfect as there are a couple of small quality control observations in alignment, trim and finish but they’re a value for the money.
