what color would i get if i wear fairly light in the mineral powder form?

I would go to a local Ultra Store and ask their opinion. They you will know what shade to buy. I purchased this from Ultra first, of course it cost more there. Good luck

Once you open the box, is there a tab you need to break off after you unscrew the cap? I have a feeling mine was already opened. How are they sealed

It is sealed tight with a silver foil tab you have to pull off. Mine poured out as if I was squeezing it when I opened mine.

where is the color chart?

I had to go the bare minerals website to determine my color. They have a survey you can take plus skin tone models to compare to. I went half a point warmer than my survey results based on the model comparison, and it was a perfect match for me.
