I bought a medium sized crystal for my wife as a Mother's Day present and desk ornament. I'm not sure what I was expecting exactly, but when I received the crystal I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and craftsmanship. The crystal arrived well packaged and in very good condition. The box was quite heavy, but more on that later. The manufacturer's packaging included a branded sleeve around a large jewelers box with a magnetic closure. (I had planned on ordering a wooden gift box, but the jeweler's box was more than adequate.) The jewel's box was lined with a fine silk(ish) fabric and foam padding that fit the crystal perfectly. My only complaint was that the base came separately, and in very basic packaging (straight from the Chinese wholesaler, I'm sure). The difference between the two packages sort of soured my experience opening the base. It made the base feel cheap by comparison. Speaking of the base, although it felt cheap at first, I eventually came to enjoy it. When I first opened the package, I believed the base to be plastic. I considered sending the whole thing back for that reason alone. Once I gave the base a good once over, I realized that it was wood with a black veneer. That settled my nerves some, and I moved on to see how the base and the crystal paired. The two looked nice together, and the lighting was bright and vibrant (Almost too bright to look at without the crystal diffusing the light). I will agree with some other reviews that the base is expensive for what it is, and that there are cheaper options available. However, after sitting with it on my desk for a couple of days, I was quite pleased with it. As for the crystal itself, I was immediately happy with what I received. The crystal was very heavy. I didn't actually weigh the thing, but I would bet it was at least five pounds. While that made it hard to move around, I was glad to know that it wasn't going to get easily bumped off my wife's desk and damaged. The print quality of the photo was excellent. It was a very good replica of the photo I submitted, and really made my wife and children pop. I sort of wish they had edited out my wife's arm, but I knew that wasn't going to be the case when I submitted the photo. I would recommend editing your photo before submitting if you aren't 100% okay with everything in the foreground. As I mentioned before, the crystal looked quite nice on the base, and the lighting highlighted the photo nicely. I preferred the basic white light to the colors, but the cycling color setting was quite nice too. In order to reassure myself, I put the crystal and stand on my desk every day until Mother's day while my wife was at work. I grew quite fond of it, and I was actually a little sad when it came time to gift her with it. She was very happy with it though. We joked about it being the second largest rock I'll ever give her. Overall, I was very pleased with the product. I can't speak to the service, since I had no reason to contact the company, but I think that also says a lot about their processes. I will certainly buy another one in the future, and hope I will be equally happy with the result.

They are expensive, but it is amazing quality for a family heirloom that will last generations. I didnt know what to expect from the accuracy of the picture, but it came as nearly 1 for 1 exact copy of our photo. I ordered the 3D image with no background, which includes the profile, and they were spot on with no reference.Its really a perfect gift or even just a perfect way to immortalize an amazing moment. I highly recommend it. The only issue I had was I ordered the wooden box with multi colored light options, but received the plastic box with only white lights. They reaponded to me within the hour and told me to keep the box they sent me since it was their error and they shipped the box I ordered.My only downside would be the price for the size of the product, youre going to want at least the large option. But for the quality and the timeless nature of the item, I think it is worth it.

This is really awesome, just make sure your image is big enough. I put 4 animals on one large crystal, it came out smaller than I expected (I did not read any measurements, I just went for an affordable one), but it still looks really good! Perfect gift for preserving 'crystal clear' memories haha

I got both the large landscape block and an ornament. I should have also got the light base for the cube, but overall this thing is absolutely fantastic and flawless!I ordered it, and it arrived in less than 24 hours! It's baffling how they design this thing, there's no sign of any creases or seems in it. The block itself is heavy, this would definitely hurt if it was dropped on you.As for the ornament, it came with a ribbon attached to hang it immediately.I absolutely recommend it!

This is absolutely beautiful. I ordered the large block with my three children engraved and the photo I took does not do justice to the clarity and precision of the real one. It is breathtaking and even better than I imagined. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought this as a present for our Crystal Wedding Anniversary (15 years). Delivery was prompt and packaging nice and classy, so all good so far. Unfortunately the rendering of the photos is not great - particularly everyone has developed over-sized noses. Not massively bad, but noticeably so, and having picked this as a premium product (there are far cheaper versions from other sellers), disappointing. Also the light-base (£50) only came with a US plug. Again, not the end of the world and easily replaced, but for the price I would have expected them to be able to provide a UK plug.So, overall, an okay product, but I wouldn’t recommend it for the price. If I bought something similar again I would look at other vendors, probably at a lower price point.
