I first discovered Biltong at a South African restaurant in September of 2023. I have bought it every month since then. I love beef jerky, but the Biltong is soft, tasty and easy to chew. I will never buy heat dried beef again. This Biltong has a great flavor and so close to the original one I tasted. 👌

I was very happy with the flavor of this biltong - it's great as a quick snack or as part of my lunch at work. I thought it tasted just as great as other brands I've tried and my family loves it as well. I'm ordering more right now :)

So the product is tasty and fresh when it arrived, but way more perishable than you would want from a product meant to preserve food… It states refrigerate after opening and do not make the mistake of skipping that step. I had taken a small amount and put in a zip bag to take to work as a snack. Everything was great except i didn’t eat it all and left it at my desk as I have done with other dried beef products to finish the next day. In less than 24 hours I returned to find the bag filled with white fuzzy mold. Now i question the handling of the product if it spoils so rapidly…. It tastes good and looks good, but I will likely buy from another company next time.

Fantastic flavor and it keeps well in the fridge. I only wish it was cheaper.
