Amazing water pressure!
The media could not be loaded. Sleek and modern looking. Metal parts feel heavy and substantial (not cheap plastic). I installed the system in my bathroom. In fact, I was amazed by the water pressure of the top shower and the shower wand, they have such powerful water pressure,I would buy this shower system again for my next bathroom.

Excellent Shower System
We have had the shower for a month now. It is even better than I thought it would be. The box arrived with everything needed for the installation and the plumber had no problems installing it. The materials were heavy duty and substantial. When my wife took her first shower, she popped out of the bathroom and exclaimed "That was amazing". The water pressure on both the rain head and the shower wand were perfect. I will definitely buy that again when we do the other bathroom. We also love the sleek European design. It really helped create that spa atmosphere we were going for when we redid our bathroom. Great Product.

CRITICALLY IMPORTANT INSTALL INFO- Check the Shower faucet fitting first!
This set is really stunning in every detail. It is solid, feels extremely heavy, and every single part is individually wrapped in a sewn bag (like an expensive purse dust cover). You simply cannot go wrong at this price, and your installer will be shocked at the deal. The PROBLEM is the weight of the head. We had a leak behind our existing tub/shower combo that flooded several rooms. Rather than patch everything up, we replaced the entire tub/shower with a granite shower. That included all the plumbing. We showed the remodelers this set, and they said 'no problem'. Well, it was a huge problem. The spray head and control unit went in easily. But when it came to the shower arm, we realized that the plumber had installed a new plastic shower fitting (old one was brass). This arm and shower head weighs 6 POUNDS. Because the arm comes straight out of the wall 16", what you are looking at is a lever, with a massive 5 pound weight at the end applying weight. So you have this little thin plastic elbow with a metal screw inside, with an adapter 2" away (the wall), being levered at by a 16" solid stainless steel bar, and a 5 pound moving weight at the other side. What could go wrong? That plastic elbow is the 'standard' shower fitting today. NO WAY can you use the 'standard' plastic shower fitting for THIS shower head. No way can you even use a standard brass fitting. Remember, you are dealing with a 16" long LEVER, prying at that fitting inside your wall.We were oblivious to the problem when they first put it in, trusting the installers to know what they were doing. After all, we showed them the fixture before they started. It didn't dawn on us that this was a problem until they encountered a problem with the fitting not reaching the SQUARE arm of the shower head, past the cement board and the granite tiles on top.A round arm would have fit fine into that 1" recessed hole, but this isn't round. Thank goodness. Because we would have had massive flood #2 if the problem had not occurred. The installers came up with a solution... they actually 3D printed a connector (I found the connector in brass on Amazon and bought it anyway, just in case- excellent decision). They proceeded to mount their plastic connector to the PVC fitting and the shower arm... began to screw the head on, and SNAP. The plastic piece just broke in half before he even let go of the shower head. When he started cussing, I ran in to see and realized that he had also put in a plastic PVC shower fitting (which I only knew because I took photos of the work in progress) to begin with. Even if it didn't break out with the shower head attached, you would apply pressure trying to move and adjust the shower head when you are using it, and you'd be adding water weight too!I didn't want to wonder, I called the manufacturer of the plastic shower elbow, NIBCO (great people, very quick to respond, and I would not hesitate to use their products in the future because it's obvious they care about even their less expensive fittings). I explained the problem, and he said he'd forward to their engineer. I wanted to know HOW MUCH WEIGHT can that little plastic shower fitting hold? The email response is quoted: "The engineering folks came back and suggested the cast copper version instead, as I suspected they might. There is no loading information available on this fitting- it was never designed to use with a weight at the end of a lever, as your installation shows. The engineers also pointed out that the screws may be an issue as well, but that can’t be determined by the pictures. If the screws are too short they may not hold with that much weight."My husband asked a commercial plumber friend, who said he would go a step further to brace a stainless steel fitting with lug nuts, bolt it into the 2x4 behind it using extremely long screws. Use extremely long screws to screw the 2x4 bar into the wall joists. Because if someone tugs on that shower head to change positions, it could bend the fitting causing a leak. It could snap the fitting causing a leak. And a leak behind a granite wall can get real expensive to fix.Obviously, this set is for a new installation, with a pro installer. We thought we hired a pro installer (their granite work was gorgeous, their plumbing was good, just wrong part). But now we cannot use our shower head, because we'd have to tear out the granite to reinstall the fitting, and we are not willing to do that just for one shower head. We are still using the shower bar, because it matches the rest of the set, and we bought the adapter to make it fit. So off we go to buy a lightweight shower head for our brand new $15,000 rare granite guest bathroom remodel.DO NOT let your installer put in a plastic fitting, and CHECK his pipe installation for the plumbing faucet fixture. That 1 minute of your time, and maybe 10 extra minutes of his time, and a $10 metal shower fitting, may be the difference whether you can use this beautiful set, or you are left looking at it in the box, with your brand new cheap plastic shower head you are forced to use because you didn't insist on the right part.It would help immensely if they addressed what FITTING to use on this description, or what NOT to use. If they listed the WEIGHT of the head alone in the description with a notice to use a stronger fitting... just a darn warning of any kind so we could watch the plumber or insist on the correct fitting ... I'd be using their shower head. So I blame the Seller for not mentioning it.That alone should warn you away from buying this .... EXCEPT... this set is stunning. It is VERY VERY high end looking and feeling. The packaging is insanely upscale. If you install it right, it looks like you spent way more on it, but you didn't. Attached are photos of the bar, awaiting the arrival of it's new cheap plastic shower head.I would have given a lot for a review that warned me up front to check on what faucet fitting my plumber put in, before it got sealed behind cement board and granite. Thousands of dollars and still not being able to use it later, I hope I can save you from my disappointment.Edit:The seller reached out to me and gave me a partial refund for the shower head I could not use. Also, he has stated that he will make adjustments to his literature to note that the system requires a stronger shower fitting than a normal shower head.As my issue was actually caused by my installer and not a flaw in the product itself, I am changing my review to 4 stars from the previous 3 stars, because of the outstanding customer service, and the assurance that other customers would be notified about the importance of the strength of their planned shower fitting.Still, I would make the installer show you the fitting he plans to install for you, and it should be all metal, with extremely secure LONG screws (not nails, not short screws). Regardless of which shower head you use, there's no good reason to use a plastic fitting for a weight bearing part. Hope this helps.

This unit is fantastic!
This thing looks and operates just like the Kohler equivalent, but without the hideous four-digit price tag. The 5-year warranty is comforting. If anything goes wrong with any of the components they say they will promptly send out replacement parts for free. My favorite thing about this unit is the pressure sensing valve - no more getting scalded when someone flushes a nearby toilet! The wand has plenty of pressure and is perfect for bathing the fur-babies. I could not be happier with how it all turned out.

valve causing pipes to bang! Do not buy!!
When my water was turned back on after putting in a new tiled shower my pipes began to bang anytime my cold water turned off from any location in my house (toilets, washer, faucets). After hours paying the plumber and contractor to try to resolve the problem, all including the Esnbia Manufacture in China agreed it had to be the valve that needs to be replaced which means ripping out my new tiled wall and putting in a entire new shower system which I cannot afford to do at the moment. So now I have to live with BANGING pipes!!!!! UPDATE: They sent me a “updated “ valve I had it installed at Hugh cost and it still does not work. Do Not BUY!

Great quality
Just had this installed in my new bathroom and I love it! It’s like showering in a warm blanket the way the water covers you. Love that I can use either the shower head or hand held together or separate. Great quality and very sturdy.
