اتمنى توفرون الحجم الاكبر ١٢ باوند + معلومه للي شهيتهم مسدوده وما ياكلون ويبغون يزيدون وزنهم سكوب واحد مع وجبة ما يزيد الوزن ، انا خلصت علبه كنت كل يوم وجبة وسكوب مع مويه وزني مازاد ورجعت اشتري جديد وبألتزم ب ٢ سكوب او ٢ ونص سكوب اعتقد مع وجبة وان شاء الله اوصل للوزن اللي ابغاه

Chocolate flavor tastes good, but mixing is tricky. The serving size requires so much powder and milk that it won’t properly mix in a normal shaker, making it hard to actually get the full protein and calories. It was a pretty good value when I got it 2 months ago at $27.99, but with the price currently at $45.99, I'll be looking at other options

I wish they could sponsor me lol…… but I think it works …….. not the best tastes though….. make a shake with some creatine…. and a mixture of blend seeds, Chia seed, flaxseed, sunflower seed grade for you it’s makes your body feel great renewed and energetic.
