Triple Eight Invader Full Face Helmet

I do downhill longboarding and it was time I upgraded to a full-faced helmet. I didn't want to spend $300+ on a helmet, and that's when I came across this beauty. It was only $37.00 from one specific seller on Amazon; every other seller on Amazon and across the internet were selling this for $100 or more. The helmet being dual certified for bikes and downhill motorcycle along with it's light weight attribute made me pull the trigger within an hour of my research. I went ahead and got the "white" version because I figured I'd be more noticeable to other drivers.Anyway, the helmet arrived today. It feels very solid (significantly better than the brainsaver obviously I guess). Aesthetics are pretty sick and even at it's regular price point I think it's a solid purchase.

At L/XL I thought it would be bigger than my size. It’s actually tighter than some other manufacturers helmets size M. I’m sure it won’t fit XL heads. With some use gets looser, but smaller than you expect

I wish I could return this piece. I have discarded the boxes and never even used it once. The unit does not fit . Please, make sure you get 2 size up just to get it passed your head. I am verified 10 years buyer.

Excellent helmets. Our boys are 4 and 6 and very active. These helmets have held up to big crashes. They fit well and come with pads to size up and down. I highly recommend

Great helmet. I got this for mtn biking. It looks cool and protects my noggin as well as my already beat up face. Fits snug especially around the cheeks but forms to it in no time.

My first downhill mountain bike helmet so I can't say to much butIt's a nice helmet. No regrets

This helmet fit me well and is not distracting to wear at all and it looks killer!

Very comfortable and excellent for cold weather.

I have a 55cm head, and it was very very difficult to get on. I took off the cheek pads and now it slides on fine and the crown fits perfectly after a few uses. At first I was disappointed in the fit and was going to return, but it turned out fine. I also thought it would incredibly hot without many vents, but it's actually quite breezy there in hot summer weather at speed. It looks good & has the best certifications for electric skateboards.Note that the packaging is very poor. I had it delivered with the box opened (very flimsy box).
