Don't waste your money on this verison
Again, and as with everything this author produces, this version of the rites is nothing more than an attempt to line the authors pockets, stripping the original and rehashing it with her own thoughts. Admittedly, it's a better copy than her other rite publications, as it deals more exclusively with getting those people into the rites who aren't able yet to do them without a progressive route in. But in my opinion, you're still better off buying the J. W. Watt version, which is a like for like reprint of the 1946 original by Kelder, and then just taking it easy and not rushing your progress.

Some of the text was too small to read, only in some tabled, but it was a little irritating. Read in a few hours. Explains the subject matter very well.

Five Tibetans Brilliantly Enhanced To The Next Level.
I discovered the incredible Five Tibetan Rites and purchased the Peter Kelder book with VHS video many years ago. Recently, I moved home and had lots of stuff in storage including the book and video. I wanted to share the information with a friend so I resorted to You Tube and was horrified at the number of videos that have butchered the system missing vitally important movements and breathing motions. Carolinda Witt has stuck with the original but added some subtle yet powerful upgrades through her years of practical experience. Her illustrated instructional book is easy to read and shows you the correct way to practice this amazing process that simply works. If you are considering doing the Five Rites or are already doing the Five Rites make sure you read this book to reap the full benefits. Five Stars!
