French Cow Milk Cheese, Fourme d'Ambert - 1 lb

I confirm this cheese is authentic.The aging is relative to the taste, but i’d say it’s way too young compared to the ones i had when i was in France.The cheese is well preserved and protected.I still give 5 stars despite the lack of aging because the cheese is good and the FDA probably prevents imports when the mold is well developed.
