Swingline Optima 25: The Stapler That Redefines Office Essentials
The media could not be loaded. In the often mundane world of office supplies, finding a tool that not only performs exceptionally but also brings a touch of satisfaction to daily tasks is a rare delight. The Swingline Optima 25 Stapler is one such find – a staple (pun intended) that transforms the simple act of stapling into a surprisingly gratifying experience.Satisfying Crisp ClickThe first thing that won me over with the Optima 25 is the crisp, definitive click it makes with each use. There’s something oddly satisfying about that sound – it’s a clear, confident click that signals a job well done. It elevates the routine task of stapling, turning it into a small moment of accomplishment.Secure and ReliableBeyond the satisfying click, the Optima 25 feels significantly more secure than a standard stapler. Each staple goes in with precision and holds documents together with an almost reassuring firmness. Whether I’m stapling a few pages or the full 25-sheet capacity, I never have to worry about papers coming loose. This reliability is crucial, especially in a busy work environment where secure document binding is a must.Jam-Free PerformanceStapler jams are the bane of any office worker’s existence, but the Optima 25’s jam-free guarantee is a game-changer. Since switching to this stapler, I haven’t experienced a single jam, saving me time and frustration. This reliability is invaluable, ensuring that my workflow remains smooth and uninterrupted.Reduced Effort, Comfortable UseAnother standout feature is the reduced effort required to staple. The Optima 25’s design significantly reduces the force needed to staple, making it easy on the hands even during extensive use. The soft grip adds to the comfort, providing a pleasant tactile experience that further enhances its usability.Stylish and DurableFunctionality aside, the Optima 25 is also aesthetically pleasing. The sleek blue design adds a pop of color to my desk, and the sturdy construction promises durability. It’s clear that Swingline has put thought into both the form and function of this stapler, creating a tool that looks good and performs even better.ConclusionThe Swingline Optima 25 Stapler is a standout in the realm of office supplies. Its satisfying click, secure stapling, jam-free performance, and ergonomic design make it a must-have for anyone looking to upgrade their stapling experience. This stapler doesn’t just get the job done – it does so with a level of precision and satisfaction that is hard to find in standard models. Highly recommended for those who appreciate the small joys in everyday tasks.

Good mechanism for multiple pages
Good and strong and easy to press. I have an old Staples orange stapler, single touch and they don't sell them any more. This is a good substitute but it's quite a bit heavier. So it's a good desk standing stapler. We're constantly stapling reports for folks in our office and a good stapler is a must.

GREAT stapler, but missing one important feature.
So, I bought this stapler for my 6th grade classroom because all the staplers in my room were broken and I was SICK OF IT! I decided that I wanted one of those fancy reduced effort staplers that you can simply push down with one finger and get a nice clean, flat staple. This arrived and I was very pleased. It's easy to put staples in (and I've had some staplers that, to this day, I can't figure out how the staples go in), and it worked as effortlessly as I was hoping it would. One day, after school, I needed to put student work up on the bulletin board in the hallway. This task requires one to open the stapler and use it against the wall. However, I couldn't open the stapler so I could use it that way. I checked the bottom...there was nothing there. No buttons or levers that would open the stapler. So, I started to pull up on the top of the stapler, thinking (as my father always told me) if force hasn't worked, you haven't used enough. It wouldn't open. Surely, a fancy stapler like this opens up, I thought. One more try. I got a good grip on the top of the stapler and pulled up, not realizing my finger was in front of the spot where the staple comes out. I gave it a good pull and a staple shot right into my finger, because, you know....reduced effort. And it was in there good! It did a REALLY good job of shooting that staple out and straight into my flesh. Thankfully, it did not hit the bone. I did however, need to go get a tetanus shot, just in case. So, be warned that this stapler does not open up so that you can staple on walls. I took one for the team. Now we all know. Otherwise, fantastic stapler!

Swingline is a great brand in my opinion!
I bought this as I hate the cantankerous electric stapler and the small stapler that served faithfully for years when my hands were much stronger. This one handles a big 25 sheets of paper, fits nicely in my hand and never fails to put the staples into the paper hard and fast. Others mentioned difficulty with the staples but I use standard Swingline staples and I have no issues. It looks sturdy and I cannot see any reason for it to fail me. It has a flat grippy bottom that keeps it in place on my desk, but it also is a great handheld stapler that fits nicely in my hand. The fit of the staples is snug, but non-problematic. And the price was good. It definitely is easier to use than my ancient huge Swingline stapler that takes a lot of pressure to staple even ten pieces of paper. Agreat asset in the home office!

My New Favourite Office Toy
This is easily the coolest stapler I have ever owned. I bought one for home and loved it so much I ordered another (in blue) for work, where, as a teacher, I do much more stapling. It's so smoothly functioning that it's a delight to use. The staples are always neatly folded and I've never had it jam up on me. The compound design gives it extra bite with a minimum amount of finger force. It is, however, not completely without CONS. Most staples will allow the bottom to fold out flat so that you can staple onto a cork wall or another flat surface. This one doesn't, so you won't be stapling anything that doesn't fit metal bottom and staple housing. I've also seen staplers that have staple removers attached to the bottom or back. The LightTouch has no such extras. To sum it up: a fantastic and innovative little machine, but its functions are limited to stapling paper.

Nice Stapler
I've used this stapler on my desk at work for a long time, and it is a very good low effort stapler that plows a staple right through a stack of paper like butter. It helps that its good looking to go along with how well it works.
