Assembly instructions were very good. The quality of the product is outstanding. I have not put it in the ground yet because we have some flowers around the old post that I don't want to destroy. Very classy looking mailbox post.

Exactly as advertised, easy to install, feels very sturdy. It shipped very fast for having customized options. The mailbox door part is a little tough to shut fully but everything else is great and I would recommend.

I bought two of these one for us and one for my neighbor so we could have matching mailboxes since they sit side by side. They were easy to assemble and install and they look great when up.

Needed something to replace our old plastic mailbox. This visually is amazing and was so easy to put together. The personalized hanging sign was a great added touch. Extremely sturdy as is needed for Michigan winters. I personally used the old wooden post I had in the ground and cut a portion of the mailbox post off and screwed it in and covered it with the decorative base cover it came with.

This is a very beautiful and durable mailbox that gives great curb appeal! That being said I would have given it a 5 star rating but the actual mailbox came with the predrilled holes not being aligned properly with the base so I had to create new holes to secure the mailbox to the post. This got the job done!
