I am not one that can drink plain water in the amount recommended, but with this electrolyte powder added, I can meet my goals! Great flavor, no chemical after-taste. This is by far the best, and I've tried many!

Most flavors are good
Most of the flavors are pretty good. I like that the flavors not too strong for a large 42 ounce container. But I will not buy the mixed variety again. The cherry limeade is beyond disgusting. The grape isn’t great, but it is OK. I did like the other flavors, but if I have to throw half of the things out, it’s not worth purchasing.
