The first time I put this together it was falling apart. Very disappointed thinking it was junk. But reading the reviews, I saw that some just loved it and others complained it was falling apart. I figured I will take it apart and reassemble, making sure I pushed the rods in til they kind of snapped in. You can tell when they are in for the most part. And the second time around it was perfect! No rods fell out. I am so far, happy with it!

This is a great product. I used a $20 rack from TJMaxx for couple years before it completely fell apart. Got to admit I was in shock opening box to bunch of pieces that needed construction. Put it off for 2 days & once I tackled it not difficult just time consuming. I took me over an hour but I'm a 69 year old woman that needs readers for instruction paper & remove them to do the work. Love how much thicker & heavier this rack is as opposed to the old flimsy one. Holds more clothing and large enough to do quilts & comforters which my old one was not. This is mostly used outdoors on my lanai in Florida. I store it on lanai in corner & takes very little space.

It takes a bit to set up due to many pieces. Some poles seemed every so slightly shorter when I was assembling and a couple popped out. For the most part, it has plenty of room to hang clothes and hold a decent sized load. Slightly unsteady when wheels are folded in, but great sturdiness when fully out.

I don’t prefer putting certain clothing in the dryer and don’t have room for a clothes line so this works perfectly. Very sturdy with plenty of room for items. Wheels can lock in place so it can’t move

Love this thing. Holds so many clothes at once, no problem. Sometimes the rods will easily pull out of their holes if you twist it wrong but it's easily reassembled. So far this is my favorite clothes rack!

I bought a more traditional clothes rack and was disappointed on how much it would hold. This one holds a lot! It doesn't fold up to nearly nothing like the traditional one, but it does fold up pretty well. It took a long time to put together. There are no words to explain the assembly, so you have to look closely at the pictures to see how to do it properly. Slow process. Overall, it's a pretty good unit to put out on our deck to dry clothes.

Glue the ends in. I used E6000. I just bought another one. Have 3 now. I love them. Another reviewer mentioned to hot glue. I tried but didn’t go well for me. I glued one & the other I didn’t do it right away wanted to see how it held up. The bottom ones were the ones that kept coming apart. Had other ones once in awhile but not as often. With getting the 3rd one I realized I never wrote the review… guess better late then never. Now when gluing I got some of the tips (like cake decorating tips but for glue) that attach to the tube of glue so it is easier to apply.

This did not even last 8 months under regular use. This gets bent out of shape so the bars snap out. Basically falls apart. Way too expensive for half a year use. I need the capacity but this model does not work

Este tendedero nos ha ayudado mucho. Nos mudamos a un departamento que ya no tenía cuartito de lavado y nos negamos a comprar secadora jaja, así que compramos este tendedero y lo pusimos en un baño que no utilizamos, abrimos la ventana, entra un poco de sol, ventilación. No lo tenemos que estar montando y desmontando, no lo vemos, no lo ven las visitas, se seca la ropa y nos ahorramos espacio. Caben bastantes prendas de una sola vez. Aunque claro, si lo llenas mucho, tarda más en secarse la ropa. Nosotros incluso en uno de los huequitos que traen los tendederos laterales, le ponemos otro tendederito (no sé cuántas veces he usado ya la palabra tendedero jaja) de esos que traen pinzas, como para colgar calcetines o prendas íntimas (jeje). A veces se llegan a zafar los tubos de metal, pero no es tan seguido, así que no molesta. Si ya no lo van a mover, quizá podrían pegarlos con pegamento, para que no se estén moviendo / zafando los tubos. Después de toda esta letanía, mi veredicto final es: buen producto :)

The package was damaged not just from the outside but even the small plastic packets containing components inside were ripped. Some of the components were missing entirely. There were not enough bolts for the shelves and no nuts/washers to secure them as mentioned in the assembly manual. These things should've been verified by the seller before shipping. Returning seemed to be too much of a hassle for a few bolts and there was no partial refund option. Ended up having to get spare bolts from outside which was not easy. And even now, without the nuts the rack can handle the weight of clothes, but the shelves are very wobbly. After a few weeks of use, it's clear that 1-2 wheels are also damaged. They buckle over making it difficult to move the rack around unless held and moved from the very bottom, with or without any clothes hanging on it.
