One of the armrests on my office chair broke but I didn't want to replace the entire chair cause it's relatively new. I was a bit dubious about these (as I am of any Amazon product honestly) but they arrived quickly and I installed them today. They are wayyyy better than the originals that came with my Staples chair. They move side to side outwards/inwards, up/down, backward/forward, and they swivel outwards/inwards. The swiveling was super important to me and it wasn't shown in the pictures but I'm glad it's a thing! The installation was super easy. It doesn't come with screws to install them but presumably if you're replacing existing armrests then the chair you have already has the appropriate screws you can just reuse. They're designed to give you options on how to attach them to the chair but I will say that my chair has a weird triangular screw configuration on the originals that didn't match up well with these. So the new ones went in with the best two matches I could make and I dropped the third screw. They are very stable and I can put significant weight on them without problem though. So 5/5 would buy again but I doubt that these will break the same way my old ones did cause these are far better built.
