I was skeptical about this with it being my first attempt at applying fake freckles. A lot of people are trying henna, which is a bit more permanent. But these pencils work great..they look so realistic and my first try at dabbing it on, it looks flawless. It also stays on after washing my face, I probably dabbed it on Sunday and it’s not Friday and I wash my face day and night, and they’re still there!

I see videos of women doing it on their leg but pushing hard with the pen. It has ink in it, it will smudge or bleed if you push hard. Lightly dab and then use your finger to lighten and blend. If you are tan white still use the light one. Unless you want to do a dark freckle like by the eye or lip but it does not look natural. I personally use a face serum after the shower and I’m sure that can make a difference on the hold just in case. I like mine faded to blend in with my own freckles but you can make them a little darker. Takes a couple tries to get it down

The colors are great but placing them on to look natural is not easy. It’s shaped like a marker and placing comes off like a marker as well. I’m not much of a fan. I need something I can use quickly not have to work on

Pen ran dry really quick and you have to press pretty hard to make freckles. Wouldn’t buy again.

The media could not be loaded. Okay so my friend had a freckle pen and I used it and I was in LOVE. Her’s was super easy to use, you put a couple dots on your face then blend it out by tapping with your finger to give a natural look. I loved it so much that I decided to come to amazon and try to get one for myself. First of all, the light brown is DARK! And it’s super hard to blend. On my face it smeared everywhere and gave me this ugly orange tint wherever I tried to put it. On my leg (in the video) it didn’t smear, but it looks like a kid drew on me with a marker lol it does not look like freckles. I’m very disappointed

It was a great price under $6 before taxes for 3 full sized in a pack.My review: initially I was not happy with the way the freckles came out it looked like I grabbed a marker and drew on my face too much ink came out. Thought it was a lost cause but after trying again(I had the markers for like over a month point up capped on my dresser) the freckles came out good. You can’t tell my real freckles from my fake. I got it so I didn’t have to wear foundation because I have rosacea so it could blend with my rosacea and allow my skin to breathe.
