PrymPrym Soft Grip (2.00-6.00mm) Wool Crochet Hook Set - 1 Piece

Been using the larger sizes of these hooks since purchase, worked really well and was very happy with them. They didn't make my hand hurt as much as normal hooks which was a plus. However, I have recently started using the 3mm hook with some cotton yarn, but have found that the metal hook part has somehow come loose from the handle and so every time I try to crochet with it, it rattles and isn't very stable. I haven't used any of the smaller hooks but I can imagine they may experience the same problem with a bit of use.

Oh my gosh I love this hook so much. I am going to replace all my Knitpro soft grip hooks with these. The hooks are just the right length for me (I don't like the very long type) and the metal bit is soooo smooth, it just glides through my stitches. Crocheting just became an even more enjoyable experience for me. The handle part is round rather than flattened and it suits the way i hold my hook better.

My new favourite hooks, they have a small barrel so may not suit certain types of grip but the wool slides well over the metal end

The quality for Prym is just awful, definitely not the same quality as their other hooks. The printing of the sizes are on all different places!

Sono una principiante autodidatta ed avevo acquistato un set economico. Lavorare lana, acriluco o cotone era difficile ed il dolore alle mani mi faceva smettere subito. Poi ho visto questo set ed ho voluto provare. La differenza c'è e come. Il tipo di filato non ha nessuna importanza. Si lavora bene, senza fatica ed il dolore è praticamente sparito. L'impugnatura ergonomica fa la differenza ed il metallo fa scorrere il filato senza atrito, rendendo il lavoro facile e veloce. È il classico caso in cui è meglio spendere un po' di più, per avere molto di più. Prodotto consigliatissimo !
