The piece is extremely sturdy easy to open and close and packs away neatly in a closet -structurally sound and functional. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because I was disappointed with the top surface. While it's wood, it looks as though wood pieces have been laminated together. I was afraid some rough edges might flake or chip off, I added a bartenders apoxy to the top. Now I don't have to worry about anything damaging the top.

Oasis products are not made well. We spent over $400 on a similar table and the entire top fell apart in less than 2 years - which is not long. oasis support team were rude and unhelpful.
