Flimsy but functional
Our old towel ring was built of much sturdier and higher-quality metal, but its set screw was stripped and corroded, and it kept falling off the wall.This model is cheap and feels it, but it has been working well for a couple of years now, so I won’t complain more than that.

Don’t be fooled by pretty pictures
Stay away from this product! The quality of everything about this is just appalling. It would not hold on to my plasterboard wall, the metal ring that covers where you screw it on keeps falling off, and the product is just not well designed. 8 months later, I am overjoyed to pull it out of the wall today. Had to leave this review as I don’t want anyone else to fall for how pretty it looks in the pictures.
