I was afraid of purchasing this supplement here but it works like a charm. I’ve been using this product for months and it’s effective. I have taken other similar supplements but they would give me headaches. This helps me relax and I noticed a huge difference when I don’t take it. I usually take 2 in the mornings and at times 2 in the evenings if I can’t sleep.

Excellent product

I have been going through a really hard time in life lately with major health issues and surgeries I have been dealing with. So many days I have felt on the brink of slipping into a deep depression. My insurance doesn’t cover therapy or any kind of mental health services. Since I have little options and prefer natural treatments anyway, I started taking this supplement. It has helped me so much. It gives me a more positive outlook and I don’t feel like my mind and heart are racing constantly. I usually take the recommended 4 gels daily. 2 in morning 2 at night. My only complaint is that when I first started buying this on Amazon the price was $15 and some change and now it’s $17.99. I would love for the price to be lowered back to what it originally was when I first started purchasing since one bottle only lasts for 2 weeks if you take the recommended 4 gels daily.

It works better than any other 5HTP product I’ve tried, and I’ve tried A LOT. The only issue I have is, it’s not vegan or even vegetarian. Too bad, because I would like to keep taking it. If they ever swap the fish oil for flaxseed oil, I’ll be a lifetime fan. The ingredients work together synergistically and the positive effects are noticeable.

The number one thing I must say...is this company actually has the amounts in it as it claims...alot of companies take advantage and have more fillers than product..not only does this company have integrity...but they know what they are.doing...this product takes the edge off and kept me sane during the most stressful times of my life...definitely ask your doctor before taking it if u take.other medication being it is Hebal interactions sometimes happen altho i never had any issues. I also recommend all their other products especially the rescue vitamin c one that they have...Take that one as soon as u know your sick...you will be amazed

I noticed my mood returned to a feeling of everything is just right, after 4-5 days of taking these (about 2 capsules at a time, once a day). I don't plan to take them every day, just here and there for a period of no more than a week at a time. This brand is reliable, and the price is just right. Don't change your formula guys, otherwise people WILL notice and start looking elsewhere just as has happened to some other sellers.

This was just so-so for me. I originally picked it because I was taking 5-HTP, Theanine, Vitamin D, and Fish Oil separately. I wanted to cut down on the number of pills I was taking a day, and this seemed to have it all. However, for the price point, and the fact the serving size is 2 "twice daily," it was just not cost effective enough for me. In addition, all the "extra" supplements included, like Holy Basil etc, didn't seem to add anything to my mood. I get the same result whether I take 2 of these, or 100mg 5-HTP and 200mg Theanine. YMMV.TL;DR: I am now back to taking my supplements separately and have no regrets.This product was not for me.
